Photo Rounds Friday  

A 48-year-old man went to see his family physician (FP) because of an increasing number of reddish purple spots that had been developing on his scrotum over the previous 6 months. He denied pain, itching, or bleeding from the spots. He also denied any sexual relations outside of his marriage. He said that he hadn’t had any previous episodes of sexually transmitted diseases.
