Photo Rounds Friday  

A 49-year-old black woman asked her physician to look at the greasy scale that had developed on her face, chest, and back. Her mother and most of her brothers had the same condition. Topical steroids provided some help for the itching and scaling, but the patient was looking for a more effective treatment.
